"It was very hot in the room and it was not air conitioned before I checked in. If you put the air conditioner on, it's too noisy. The shower device was strange and worn out."

"Our family room was spacious enough for easy movement. It featured a Superior King bed, a five-seater sofa, a table, chairs, and a coat hanger, leaving ample space to navigate. The staff were kind, attentive, and quick to respond to our needs. Numerous restaurants are located across the street, with many popular attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary bike rentals."

"The restaurant had a limited menu but suggested exploring multi-cuisine options. On one occasion, the coffee sachets in the room were discovered to be expired; however, once this issue was reported, it was quickly addressed."

"I have one complaint, I used the laundry service and ticked the "next day" option. The laundry was done sooner and 50% added to the price, making it expensive. I had not requested the faster service so did not think the price increase was appropriate. The receptionist resolved the situation and I paid the original agreed price - so all worked out in the end."

"Неплохой отель. Повысили номер со стандарта до делюкса - спасибо девушкам на ресепшн. Понравились хорошие завтраки - прям норм... точно не худший вариант и разнообразие в целом имеется. Также понравилось расположение - тихо. И в пешей доступности (5-15 минут) можно найти норм местечки покушать или 5-10 минут на такси чтоб до бара хорошего доехать :) Цена качество - нормуль прям."

"Не понравилось - чутка грязновато выглядело в сан узле... Шумела сильно вытяжка в санузле, и нельзя её отдельно включить или выключить - включается только со светом. Также - ввиду того что в номере на балконе стояла пепельница - думаю что или в номере всё же курили или дым с балкона доносится в спальню. Чувствовался въевшийся запах табака когда ложился спать. Не критично но точно был. Собственно людям с полной неприязнью или аллергией на табак - лучше уточнять есть ли пепельница на балкое... если есть - лучше просить другой номер чтоб снизить риск попадания на прокуренный номер."

"Очень хорошее расположение в центре города, но в тихом тупике, рядом есть несколько хороших ресторанов. Большой комфортный номер, большая удобная кровать, есть меню подушек, блэкаут шторы, ночью тихо. Отличный разнообразный завтрак. Общий уровень - настоящие 4 звезды, как их понимают в Европе."
