The place is simple but very clean, the breakfast was tasty and filling, and the owner, a sweet elderly lady, made us feel welcome. A good stop for travelers passing through Balykchy, with everything you need for a comfortable night."

"The owners are very nice: It feels like you're staying at your grandparent's house. You will be served tea and home made jam. We booked a double room but we were actually staying in the yurt behind the house which was fine for us. Very good value for money. Breakfast was nice as well."

"The room I had was by the main garage entrance. The window can't be closed. Also there was no proper curtain so I felt I am staying in the street. People come and go could look through window. The breakfast is at 8 AM so not too convenient for someone who wants to hit the road early morning especially as no curtain so light gets in and woke me up before 6 AM. I have paid no more than $15 for private bathroom. This place was almost $15 with a shared bathroom. Kind of disappointed. Also found hair in my sheet. And the bathroom didnt have shampoo or body wash. Oh well."
