"We were welcomed so nicely with tea and food, the owners were very friendly! The room was great with a big comfortable bed. Also, the location was good in a calm street, but still close to the main street. We stayed for two nights and the owner created two different delicious breakfast for us."

"We had a pleasant stay at Oimo Guesthouse in Balykchy. It was our first night in a yurta in Kyrgyzstan, and it was a very nice experience. The place is simple but very clean, the breakfast was tasty and filling, and the owner, a sweet elderly lady, made us feel welcome. A good stop for travelers passing through Balykchy, with everything you need for a comfortable night."

"The owners are very nice: It feels like you're staying at your grandparent's house. You will be served tea and home made jam. We booked a double room but we were actually staying in the yurt behind the house which was fine for us. Very good value for money. Breakfast was nice as well."

"The owner and her daughter are very nice. She offered me tea and jam when I arrived. Also it is nice to be able to have clean drinking water. Check in and payment very easy and smooth. The bed was comfortable."

"The room I had was by the main garage entrance. The window can't be closed. Also there was no proper curtain so I felt I am staying in the street. People come and go could look through window. The breakfast is at 8 AM so not too convenient for someone who wants to hit the road early morning especially as no curtain so light gets in and woke me up before 6 AM. I have paid no more than $15 for private bathroom. This place was almost $15 with a shared bathroom. Kind of disappointed. Also found hair in my sheet. And the bathroom didnt have shampoo or body wash. Oh well."
