"La propietaria és encantadora, així com la seva familia. És molt atenta i ajuda en tot (informació de transports, reservar alguna excursió, refugi, etc). Parla anglès perfectament. El guesthouse és molt confortable i l'ambient viatger i tranquil també molt maco. Tot molt net. Es pot aparcar el cotxe/bici dins de la propietat."

"I stayed 4 weeks during the winter. The family are very hospitable and Janyl speaks fluent English. The hostel was always clean and warm, there is 24 hour hot water. Big lockers, bed curtains, big well equipped kitchen, big garden, washing machine."

"A very good place to stay before and after hiking trip to the mountains. Neat and clean, a large dining area and a good functioning kitchen. Hot shower with good water pressure. Walkable distance to the town centre. Excellent hosts, they have readily info on mashrutka schedules and costs. The lady host helped book a guesthouse for me in Altyn Arashan Valley."

"The host Janyl (in addition of having a great english) is one of the kindest people I met during my trip in Kyrghistan. She was super caring and made me feel right at home.The place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend."

"Everything was just perfect. That’s the best Hostel in Karakol. Janyl and her husband are the nicest ! You feel like home. They do everything to make your trip more comfortable. She speaks fluent English and helped a lot for arranging the Ala kul trek and the other main attractions of the region. You can even let your luggage while on trek. Facilities are amazing with a huge kitchen, beautiful garden, great dormitory with very comfy beds, curtains, plugs, and lockers. Great private rooms too. Bathrooms/showers were really nice, modern, and clean. Location is peaceful and walking distance to the city center. Everything is nearby. I came back 3 times there, and will come back again ! Recommend 100%. The high ranking is much deserved. Just go for it. Thank you ! :)"

"The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hostel is very quiet and we slept well in the double room, but I guess the dorm was quiet as well, as we have not listened to any noise. The toilets and showers are perfectly clean. We also used the kitchen and, even if we usually wash pot, dishes and cutlery before use, we found all pretty clean."

"Actually nothing bad to report. Just a note: the hostel is not very close to the city center, but it is 1 euro by taxi, so totally fine."

"This place was 10/10 , spotless, comfortable , good space, beautiful kitchen, good and clean showers and toilets. You can do laundry for more than fare price, and you can store your heavy luggage before heading to hikes ! Wanderful"
