"房子是典型的居民区一户建，周边非常安静 房间多，设施都很新，适合一家人共同出行 浴室很棒，洗澡超级舒服，非常喜欢"
"玄关太小，整理行李箱有些费力 房子层数较多，部分细节没有打扫干净 提示方面做的不太好，有些让人感觉很复杂：比如垃圾分类，直接在桶上贴标识比写在指南上更好；有些又过于教条，比如多次强调安静，开窗时点也要固定，让人觉得附近邻居很难搞，明明是住在只有自己的房子里却不能放松，不过或许真正长期住在这里也是这样吧😅😅"

"住在這個房子裡面生活很便利，到處也很整潔舒適，很有賓至如歸的感受，可以身心都放鬆，一樓浴室間有洗衣機+洗手台，單間廁所，2樓是廚房+客廳+單間廁所，3樓有2個房間，適合6人居住，自助入住，屋主聯繫過程很客氣和善，很適合入住，只有浴室間有鏡子，有點不習慣，整體給滿分"
