"The accommodation is very central, next to Piazza Vivaldi. My single bed room was simple, jet had a fridge and a sink. A small stove, a water kettle and a coffee machine (with mew coffee pads each morning) were available in the common space. The owner was nice and helpful. The room was very clean and got cleaned and tidies up during my stay. All in all a great stay."

"Great location. We arrived on Sunday and found no problem parking for free on the street outside. We arrived a little late but were met outside by our host. He gave us a map of the city and places to visit for our brief 1 night stay. No breakfast, but there was coffee in small community area and a fridge in our room with 2 cold small bottles of water. It's always nice to have. Would stay again and good value."

"SUPERB LOCATION AND GREAT ROOMS AND GREAT SERVICE FROM PAOLO , Just back from 4 great days in Palermo . Everything went like clockwork . Upon arrive Paolo was there to meet us and give us our room keys and showed us around the rooms , he could not of been any nicer telling us where to go , sights to see . The rooms were big and clean and had A/C which was needed due to the heat! the rooms were cleaned every day . Once you get out and start walking about you realise Vado Al Massimo is only 1 minute walk to the main street where its all happening . The location is SUPERB . Even once our trip was finished one of our guys realised he had left stuff behind . I texted Paolo once we were home and he arranged to get them sent back to the UK . Thank you so much Paolo . we will be back ! Can i also give great credit to the lovely girls Giovanna and Alexandra who arranged to get my friend lost goods returned from room 19 to him .Much appreciated Graham"

"We loved our holiday apartment - such excellent value for money! Location couldn’t be better for exploring Palermo and the Teatro Massimo/nearby Via Maqueda and subsequent Quattro Canti areas. We had some issues with the bathroom on our final evening and Paolo was very attentive and responsive, coming to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We especially loved our little balcony with a view of Teatro Massimo and Paolo’s helpful tips about nearby must-sees/day trips accessible by public transport. Thoroughly recommend!"

"As in many B&Bs, only for quite limited time by day staff is present... so I missed sometimes a random chitchat with staff members, even though the owner's reachable by whatsapp. But that's it, nothing else: a "problem" of a single while traveling."

"Nice hotel in the historical centre of Palermo! Paolo with whom we exchanged messages was very helpful , providing information about the city and also instructions for the self check in! It is very well situated in the city, just a minute's walk from Via Maqueda, the busiest road with restaurants, cafes and many other shops and also very close to the Opera of Palermo. Generally, it is a very good option to explore the centre of Palermo, with a private parking nearby to leave your car."
