"Residence in ottima posizione alla periferia di Perugia, facile da raggiungere e comodo per spostarsi nelle diverse direzioni. La struttura è risultata molto gradevole con ottimi spazi interni. Pulita e con ottimo comfort. Personale cortese e professionale."

"Le stanze sono nuove, molto comode e la struttura è davvero accogliente. Comodissimo il parcheggio auto, la zona è fornita di bar e tabacchi. Soggiorno davvero perfetto."

"Struttura uguale alle foto.ambiente accogliente.pulito .. c'era tre cialde di caffè.ce la macchina del caffè.cucina e tutto lo che serve per cucinare noi siamo rimasti due giorni.ce un super.ma venerdì alle 18 era già chiuso.. siamo andati a cenare.a un posticino a 4 minuti in macchina si chiama Sale e Zucchero.ottimo cibo.senza spendere troppo."

"Struttura accoglienze, spaziosa e pulita. Host gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Posizione perfetta per restare fuori dal centro senza allontanarsi troppo. È infatti possibile raggiungere in maniera comoda e veloce il centro storico con i mezzi."

"This is the 4th time we have stayed here - it is wonderful. Staff couldn't be any better, so kind and helpful. From the lovely lady who continually changed our towels, the gentleman that also went round the rooms and was sometimes in reception - so helpful. We asked about a bus time and he literally ran round to the bus stop to get the times for us. The ladies on reception always helpful and kind. Great location for the little town, beach, restaurants and cafe bars. Grossetto de Marina, our apartments, the locals - it is a little slice of heaven x"

"Great location, and parking nearby. Good selection for breakfast even during low season. Walking distance to Lerici, otherwise free navette is available. Rooms are basic and typical Ligurian small size, however you can get a more spacious one if budget permits. The elevator is about to be installed. The real gem is the restaurant on site. Two evenings we had fresh fish, langoustines and stuffed mussels. Delicious! Amazing. Service was superb!!! Local wine, that is Vermentino is served by a carafe. Dont bother to eat down in Lerici,as the food/wine/money definitely doesn't worth a descent by foot( you cannot access all areas of Lerici by car)"

"We loved the location, but if you are driving it is a bit crazy to get to as the street closes at 8 pm. We arrived at 7:30 pm but it was the festival of love so the roads were blocked off early. Martino and his receptionist Luciana were so great to deal with and they were able to lead us to the property and we were able to park our car (parking is a bit far away) but secure and safe. The staff were wonderful, and you can't beat the location you are literally right in the center of the town with many restaurants and shops outside your door. I cannot say enough about how kind they both were, as well as all the staff we encountered. A nice breakfast is available on the upper terrace. This is not a hotel, it is a B&B and you will not be disappointed. A true gem in the heart of Vieste!"
