"El lavabo era extremadament petit. Alguns sostres són molt baixos però estan protegits. La senyora del pis va ser molt desagradable al explicar-nos com entrar. La vam trucar per telèfon i ens va estar cridant perquè no podiem obrir la caixa on hi havia les claus i ens va dir que si necessitavem alguna cosa que "no li enviéssim un missatge, que té molts pisos i no pot respondre a tothom". Tot són advertències (si trenques això pagues 100€, si trenques allò 50€...) i et fan sentir una mica incòmode."

"Easy check-in process, great location (not far from train station, near Mercato Centrale), the appartment had everything I needed. Just bring your own toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) - these were not available, but I always carry my own with me, so that was not an issue."

"Everything was graet. However, maybe do not shoose this appartment if you have trouble with climbing the stairs, it is on the third floor with no elevator."

"- Walls seem to be quite thin and you may easily hear what your neighbors are doing. So, if they stay awake during the night that is difficult to fall asleep. - Steep stairs and no lift, which may cause difficulties for older people."

"It was near the Duomo, Central and train and bus stations ,but in a more quiet central location than other areas. The fan in the room was great at night when a bit stuffy. TV useful. Had everything we needed. Smalll but adequate. Nice views out of the window. Quiet area."

"The blow dryer repeatedly gets too heated, so drying your hair fully would take a long time. Tissue boxes and toilet paper rolls were either low on tissues or weren't there. Otherwise everything unrelated to the bathroom were great."

"Conveniently located to the Central Market place and 10-15 mins walk to city centre. Easily accessible from the tram and train station. Quiet area, secure building. We really enjoyed staying here. Cooktop, microwave and washing machine are a bonus."
