"The apartment we had was extremely well furnished, spacious, and well equipped with everything you would have in your own home. Its position in Florence couldn't have been better. It was in the Centro Storico just behind the Palazzo Vecchio. We found an excellent garage within a 2 minute walk of the apartment where we could leave our car for the whole of the duration of our stay. They even arranged the necessary 'Permissions' for entering and exiting the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Suzanne at Borgo de Greci Apartments is lovely and very helpful if you require any assistance."

"We booked a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment and I was a little perturbed to find that we had actually booked 2 apartments with a door between them just inside the main entrance of them. We were travelling as 2 couples so we had to make a choice of who had the apartment with 1 bedroom, a sitting room, kitchen and bathroom and who had the other which was a very large, beautiful bed-sitting room, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We'd been given the option to change this to a more conventional 2-bedroomed apartment before we arrived but decided to stick with this choice on recommendation that it was well recommended. In the end it worked very well, and we would certainly use Borgo de Greci Apartments again."

"Suzanne was a really helpful host who recommended a couple of fantastic restaurants to us and also the best place to buy leather bags. The apartment was exceptionally clean for an old building, the beds were huge and very comfortable and having a kitchen and lounge/dining area was great. There was even a washing machine if you were staying for a longer time. Also in a great location in the heart of things. We will definitely recommend it to friends x"

"The quaint unique deco, the space and the brightness of the whole apartment. Great location - close to most main attractions and good cafes. Suzanne was very helpful with recommendations and helped fixed our clogged up shower very quickly."

"It would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the induction cooker, especially when not all pots/pans provided where induction compatible. Took us awhile to figure it out, so ended up having a much later dinner. Towel heaters were not working as well."
