"The breakfast at this hotel is better than many 5* hotels I have stayed in. So many homemade cakes, strudel, homemade jams, fresh fruits. Eat outside on the terrace looking at the mountains. Room has a balcony with views of mountains. The staff a very helpful. There are free bikes at the hotel to cycle into the waterfront. The hotel pool is heated. We loved this place"

"I have coeliac disease and get very worried about travelling. The hotel provided me with a gluten free basket at breakfast every morning so I never felt left out and it meant I could still enjoy the variety of the lovely meats and cheese in a bread roll, spreads on toast and all the fruit."
"It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in our room but they did have one in reception which we took up to our room. That is it, everything else was great."
"Convenient and spacious parking, quiet place, attentive staff, heated pool and jacuzzi. Cleaning and change of towels every day, we hung "do not disturb" and new towels were thoughtfully left at the door in a basket. The walk to the center took 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. There is a store very close by. You can rent free bikes. Check-in and check-out are very fast, I highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful team."

"I stayed in the hotel Virgilio for 7 nights and it was great from the moment I checked in. The staff is super helpful and very nice, the rooms and beds are comfortable and everything is clean and working just fine. The only thing I didn't like was that I could hear my neighbour snoring loudly at night and people talking behind the walls, but I used earplugs and slept through the night just fine. The pool is heated and a breakfast buffet won't leave you hungry. There is also a coop just near the hotel which is a great addition if you want to buy yourself some local snacks. I would highly recommend it!"
