Offering both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Mansió Waldhof is in Perca centre overlooking the Dolomites. It offers cosy and elegant rooms with wood furniture and large windows. The Waldhof has sun loungers around the pool as well as indoors in a relaxation area. Its wellness centre includes an indoor pool, saunas and Turkish bath. Rooms are centre de benestarcious and comfortable with satellite TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Breakfast is buffet style. Wi-Fi is free in common areas. Free parking is provided and in the winter guests have a free shuttle to Perca Train Station, 700 metres away. There is a bus stop in front of the lloc d'estada, which connects you to the Dolomiti Superski area in winter. Brunico is less than 10 minutes away by car, while Golf Club Kronplatz is 4 km away.

"Very good service. Great food, beautifully served. Quiet area. Ski bus to the lift. Heated ski room with boot dryer. Super swimming pool and wonderful sauna with a place to relax."

"É il secondo anno che soggiorno qui. Struttura molto bella, camere super accoglienti, con arredamento curato e balconi con vista. Area relax molto bella con piscina interna ed esterna. Servizio navetta che porta agli impianti."

"Todo, el personal era muy amable, tenía una excelente ubicación para ir a esquiar a Kronplatz, la movilidad que te llevaba y recogía de la base de la montaña, la comida, la piscina y el sauna, el cuarto, las camas muy cómodas. Todo excelente."

"Soggiorno molto confortevole, pulito e situato in una posizione strategica. Facile accesso agli impianti con il pulmino in partenza ogni 5 minuti e interessante il treno con il quale si visita tutta la valle. Personale molto cordiale e competente."

"Das Zimmer war vom Raum und der Aufteilung absolut großzügig sowie mit sep. WC und außerdem mit Balkon ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem jedoch die überragende Gastfreundlichkeit, welche in diesem familiengeführten Hotel herrscht und keinerlei Wünsche offen läßt. Auch der immer freundliche Bustransfer zur Skistation darf i.d.Z. nicht unerwähnt bleiben ;-)"

"The owner was delightful and sent messages ahead of time with all the information necessary to arrive there and later to help us choose a place to eat. Even a sweet goodnight message. Comfortable large room and bathroom, all very clean. The breakfast was super good. Altogether a very pleasant experience."

"Everything at Hotel Gemma del Mare was outstanding! Breakfast is amazing. We loved the home made "torta del giorno", the sweets, the fresh fruit, the prosciutto, the cheese, and the many other delicious things that I cannot list here. The space is elegant and comfortable. You can eat in the beautiful bright room inside, or in the perfectly kept garden. The bedrooms are spacious, decorated with care and style. The same style characterizes the whole hotel. The owners are extremely kind and professional. They made our stay even more pleasant. The position is at a walking distance from the beach and at the same time immersed in the green. I could not have asked for a better place. I would recommend it always. I look forward to going back to the Gemma del Mare many many times in the future!!"

"The hotel is lovely and absolutely immaculate. The staff were all helpful. The young lady who was working in the dining room for dinner was lovely and did such a good job. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and more than generous. Breakfast was good, but didn’t really cater much to non Europeans (not a complaint, it is to be expected, but just something to be aware of if you are not from Europe.)"
