"Clean, modern hotel. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Room has own balcony and air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent with fresh products and a lot of variety. Friendly owner. Location is near everything needed. There is also a free parking at the hotel."

"Velmi milý personál, až na pána majitele, z toho jsme měli pocit že nemá rád lidi, velmi čisto, snídaně chutné, oceňuji i bezlepkový výběr jídla! Pokoje čisté, postele pohodlné. Skvělá poloha, blízko jezera"

"Z balkonu není pěkný výhled, koukáte do protějšího hotelu. Parkoviště je trochu úzké, musíte dávat velký pozor aby jste nenabourali, stejně výjezd z parkoviště - musíte couvat a je špatně vidět, dobré by bylo zrcadlo, aby jste viděli zda nejede auto."

"Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, sowohl das Personal als auch die Hausdame sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit täglich wechselnden frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Die Lage ist zentral, nah zum Strand, nah zum Lebensmittelladen, nah zur Bushaltestelle."

We chated a lot and he shared with me a lot of useful information about Duino, how can I go to a closest grocery store or which are the best suggested restaurants around the corner. The villa is in the middle of the cottage area so it is pretty quiet, ha s nice pool in the garden. The Alpe-Adria Trail is goes to on corner from the villa. The breakfast was great, not too wide choise but tasty and enough. Tha Castle of Duino or the famous Rielke path is just some minute by foot"
