"We had an excellent stay and our expectations were exceeded. It is a B&B with a personal touch in a quiet residential area. We always had a parking in the shadow within the premises. We really enjoyed our time there and loved the exchange with our host Roby. The center of Naples is roughly 30min away by public transport and easily reachable. It really couldn't have been better. "My stay at Villa Patrizia was perfect. Robert is really is to communicate with and really there for everything you might need and always ready to help. Maria is also very accommodating, happy and kind. The room has amazing views to the whole Naples gulf and is really spacious. Breakfast has a variety of things. The parking is easy and the area is nice and quite. There not many things to do around besides some really nice restaurants, but if you arrive by car it is the perfect place to explore every site around Napoli by avoiding crowds and be able to relax. Amazing stay, would definitely recommend it."

"The owner, Roberto, is very kind and generous with his time and help! The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony and the view were very nice as well! Ooh and breakfast is great! If you’re traveling by car, the private parking is a nice bonus as well."
