"Facilities in room and on site were good - games room, spa area, kitchenette. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good, plenty to choose from."
"Some facilities were a little dated (shower, steam room) but everything was clean and functioned well. Staff were friendly and helpful when approached but didn't offer information on check-in (we had to ask about breakfast times, facilities available etc). I would also recommend brushing up on your German and Italian, or having a translate app downloaded as English is not always provided. This is relevant for the local area, not just this hotel."

Location was super good: close to train station, close to many grocery shops, many hiking/bicycle paths are near you, close to Dobbiaco center etc. Good open parking if you are coming by car, suitable also for SUV cars. Staff was nice and helpful, clean big room with a small kitchen (you can cook there, all the necessary stuff for cooking could be found), comfortable bed, very good breakfast. WiFi was working okay."

"Very well equipped apartment with all the utensils you could need, a nice balcony and a spacious room. Plus sauna was great too. Close to the train station and a little walk from the town centre (maybe 15 mins) but great location to catch lots of the local buses, plus right opposite a bike rental place too"

"The place was so beautiful and had an amazing view! It was in a great location to the town centre, train station and nearby sites. Super clean, exactly like the photos but almost better!! Would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again! The receptionist was also super lovely!"
