"Amazing staff and hospitality. Loved the owner for showing kindness and hospitality. Amazing kitchen staff. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Definitely coming back."

"Otel harikaydı. Fiziksel olarak 3 kişinin kullandığı odalar bile ferahti. Ayrıca kahvaltısı, güler yüzlü personeli bir harikaydı. Otele erken giriş için bize kolaylık sağladılar. Hatta otel çalışanı gezmeye geldiğimizi bildiği için hemen hazırda bir tür otobüsünde boş yer olduğunu öğrenip bizi de gruba dahil etti. Ücretsiz şekilde. Bu sayede Dukan I ziyaret ettik. Özellikle personelin kolaylaştırması, her soruya elden geldiğince cevap olması muhteşemdi. Teşekkür ederiz. Umarım yolum yine düşer."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful in getting taxis and everything. In addition, as a solo traveler i felt very safe and the breakfast was amazing with a beautiful garden view. Definitely worth staying!"

"A wonderful stay. The hotel sits beautifully on a hill, and the high‑rise design gives it a peaceful, oasis‑like feeling in the middle of Sulaymaniyah. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly clean. The atmosphere is calm, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
