"Every things is good the whole staff are doing good specially Mr Rezan , Miss Nebras in reception also the chef in restaurant he was so friendly"

"I was given a VERY large room, extremely quiet too, comfy bed, clean bathroom. I checked in very late at night and checked out very early in the morning, but I managed to do everything easily, thanks to the kind and helpful staff (I was even offered coffee and fresh fruit when at check-out, even though breakfast was due to start 4 hours later!). As mentioned in other reviews, there's a huge choice of food and drinks for breakfast and it definitely didn't disappoint. I'd choose this hotel again should I come back to Erbil."
"For some reason, wifi worked ok on my phone but not at all on my laptop. TV didn't work either. A reading light on the bedside table would be useful!"
"The location is fabulous, close to the shops and centre. Walkable to a lovely park. Great staff and very clean. Large room."

"I saw some pale or stam of juice on the bed cover and one of the towel was wet! The garage was full. I like Rashy w doshaw but not available."

"Amazing staff, cooperativ & wonderfull receptionists, They upgraded my room witout extra charging to a much larger suite , Thet supplied me every day with additional water bottles (at least 6 - 8 ). They tried their best to make my stay comfotable. Fast internett. Clean and quite roon, clean bad. Good breakfast. Every thing excellent I will give them 10 / 10"

"I had been traveling around in Kurdistan and loved coming to the hotel for the last two nights. I got a room upgrade, so much room was much better than expected. From the 7th floor I had a perfect view of the citadel. The location is perfect to walk to the city centre with the citadel and the bazar."
"One small thing: in the room I heard quite some sounds of air-conditioning from around. That was quite bothering. On the other hand opening a window is not really an option with the dusty air."
