I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

"The Pavillion Suite is lovely and has a wonderful view on the Lake Bienvenue. It is a generous size and feels like a small flat!"

The breakfast was not good at all - very messy, congested and the food quality was poor. The kitchenette would have benefited from a hob cooker so as to be able to cook meals as otherwise the suite was well equipped

"The room is clean and huge in size. Even the location is good for accessing shops and restaurant and not far from the center."

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.

Falta un servei de bar per entrepans o sopar...per quan arribes a la tarda vespre i així aprofitar més el lloc i la piscina.

There wasn't anything. Not a new pansio but it is absolutely perfect.

As in a lot of places the wifi sometimes doesn't work but that is not specifically for this place though. I blame Africell 😊

El jardí per esmorzar és fantàstic i l’esmorzar el millor que hem pres a l’illa, és molt complert i està tot molt bo. El personal molt amable i respon tots els teus dubtes. Si aneu a Stone Town no dubteu en allotjar-vos a Kholle House."

it was not really easy to find because there were no signs or something like this, but all the business next to her were nice and immediately recognized that we were searching the hotel and they helped us.
