"The 5 different outdoor baths, all drained and cleaned daily, have 5 different temperatures. The in-room bath is huge and wonderful. The staff were kind and helpful, though not particularly well-trained. There is a beautiful hiking trail leading from the hotel up the mountain. We wanted an authentic east coast hot springs experience and we got it. This hotel caters to domestic tourists."
