"The staff are excellent especially those in the restaurant area. Breakfast is very good. Didn’t opt for the buffet dinner but chose from the menu. Tasty but took over an hour to arrive. Location is close to the bus station so lots of activity around that area. Auto rickshaw is R150 from the train station."
"The restaurant doesn’t open till 7:30 in the evening so dinner is a little late for some. The wifi is a little annoying as you are constantly required to log in and out and they only 2 devices to connect on the one access code."
"amazing breakfast at Thendral, great menu, and live counters for dosa. I have been coming here with my families and relatives for 10-12 years and very convenient to visit temples in and around Trichy. Also, another amazing value-added service offered by the hotel is they have excellent drivers and cars on rental who are well versed with all places in and around Trichy and payment can be made on the hotel bill directly. !!!"

"Thee location is perfect - at the heart of Trichy! The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The duty manager Mr.Jagadeesh was very helpful in suggesting options for my later night check out. The hotel has multiple restaurant catering to all tastes - the buffet breakfast at the roof top with live dosa and egg station is a joy to start your day. All the staff were very kind and helped us with our orders diligently. The rooms are clean and the house keeping staff are readily accessible for last minute assistance with shaving kit or extra pillows. I used the car from the front desk for local travel on both days i stayed - taken care by Shankar who is so friendly and knows Trichy to be a professional historian and guide."
