"The hotel positively surprised me in almost every aspect. A beautiful hotel, with a pleasant environment, well-maintained, clean, organized, computerized, good reception and service, daily cleaning of the room and replenishment of water bottles and hygiene items when needed. Staff were professional and respectful. I had a good sense of security. Great room, well-structured, well-lit, clean, insect-free, with everything that was promised (except for a hairdryer and an iron). Furniture, minibar and facilities in very good condition (except for the sink faucet which was slightly damaged). No leaks or mold on the walls! Clean bathroom. Clean, nice and pleasant restaurant (unfortunately, no view). Good variety of options on the menu with fair prices. The kitchen staff accommodates personal requests (such as not adding too much salt or pepper to a dish. Excellent!). Great room service. Quick check-in and hassle-free check-out, easy, efficient and honest."
"Payment for foreigners is only in cash and this is not specified before the booking.There are no machines that accept international credit cards. The cleaning of the external glass windows could be better and would give an even more pleasant feeling. No hot water in the shower."
