"Location, it made it difficult to go to places going the opposite direction, we would have to travel right around and occur extra cost on travel. Some front of staff didn’t know where to get E-Sims, foreign exchange office etc. I spent 1/2 a day asking locals for directions, it would help if staff could assist with this."
