"The room allocated to us had issue with hot water. Every time we had to call the reception and get it checked. Booked a family room for 4 of us and only one wash room is available. So, it took lot of time for us to get ready one after the other. All the taps in the wash room were very slow because of low pressure and it took even longer for us to get ready. Two wash rooms would have been more convenient."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. The room was spacious and well appointed the staff were attentive and professional the food was excellent and the grounds were fantastic! In a town like Manali such beautiful spacious mature well maintained gardens become an oasis. We could not recommend Banon Resorts more highly. Carol and Nick Cradock (retired NZ)"

"We had a really wonderful stay in what is an oasis in a fast-growing town. Our flatlet was in on a huge property with a beautiful garden, every night a fire was lit in our fireplace and a delicious meal was delivered from the restuarant. The staff,was exceptional, and the food excellent, and the owners kind and friendly. It felt like a personal rather than institutional hotel, with old-world charm. My husband hurt his leg and needed stitches and one of the owners took him to hospital in his own car. There was such concern and kindness from everyone,"
