"Maybe the carpet need to be cleaned / replaced, bit worn and curtains."

"Location was great - close to the Damascus gate and other major attractions in Jerusalem. We found it easy to get around. Staff was helpful with certain things we enquired about."

"Overall the hotel needs a major upgrade. Rooms were old and the bathrooms were ok. For the 9 days that we were there the staff didn't change bedding and did not give us water every day or clean towels. We were not in the hotel most of the time so it was pk to just sleep for the night. It would be a great hotel with some renovations and customer service updates."

"The hotel is perfect.. the breakfast is just enough.. the room and bed confortable. we just hoped we stayed longer."

"Due to the ongoing problems, the hotel is nearly empty with very few guest. Breakfast is on order, when there are too few people to prepare a buffet. But is OK."

"The people, the staff, the manager Mustafa, the room view with balcony, the attentive staff always smiling always ready to help with a hello and a big smile, the small things make a great vacation totally amazing, I’ve gave it a ten out of ten but that doesn’t even do it justice, what a hotel experience"

"That I had to leave"

"The hotel is really good. Standards are kept to a high level. It’s clean, great size rooms, fresh linen and toiletries Everyday. What makes this truly exceptional, is the location and the staff. Every single staff member is amazing. So helpful, so kind and made us and our children feel at home."
