"The room was basic but very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean too. Towels were nice and soft which was a bonus. Nice pool area for a swim on a hot day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at Raka Ayu and as were only staying for the day for a late flight and not having breakfast the next morning, they packed a lovely bag of food for us to eat at the airport."

"No fridge in the room. Not a major problem for one night but for longer stays this could be an issue."

"Amazing value for money, great staff, superb location if you want to be close to the airport. It was a 10 minute walk to and from the airport so we didn’t need to get transport. Easy to find, and the locals around the area will help if you’re lost. The pool was lovely and the rooms were comfy."

"I had a great stay at RakaAyu Kuta. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the airport, which made arrival and departure super easy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I really appreciated them allowing me to stay longer when my flight was delayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Staff are very welcoming and caring. I had a problem with the room AC and they were very professional and looked after me. Location is great for easy access to the airport. Rooms clean - great linen and comfy bed. Rooms small but well designed. Breakfast good."

"Others guests are noisy as they come and go at all times of the day and night. Value for money - for the price I was disappointed the room didn’t have a small fridge and a kettle."
