Located in Zadar, in an area called Borik, Villa Punta is set just 5 metres from the sea. It features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a shared garden area with a barbecue. Sun loungers and parasols are free for use for all guests. Each accommodation unit features a seating area and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Private bathroom provides a shower and hairdryer, while the balconies offer a view of the sea. Borik area is full of cafés and taula gastronòmicas, all reachable in a 10-minute walk, while the nearest grocery store is 250 metres away. Tennis courts, fitness facilities and a wellness centre can be found 350 metres away. Zadar’s Old Town, located 3 km away, offers numerous attractions, such as the unique Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, but it also abounds in historical sites among which are St. Donatus Church and the Landward Gate. Local buses, which head out to Zadar’s centre every half hour, stop 300 metres away. Main Bus and Train station are located 8 km away, while the airport can be reached in 15 km.

"We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Punta ! The villa impresses with its modern atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfort. We especially loved the terrace with its sea view – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening relax. The location is also very convenient: shops, restaurants, and picturesque beaches are nearby, yet the villa feels peaceful and private. We also want to highlight the hosts – they are incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and gave us very useful tips. Thanks to them, our stay was even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Villa Punta to anyone who values comfort, tranquility, and the beauty of the coast. We definitely want to come back!"

"The villa is lovely- the bed is huge and very comfy. The sofa bed on the living area was easy to use and also comfy. The kitchenette has two hobs which was helpful when cooking- there is also coffee machine, toaster etc. The balcony is spacious (although this may differ from apartment to apartment) with great view across the water- it made our stay 😍 The location in Puntamika is perfect- across from the beach with a beach bar. A short walk to other bars and restaurants, the Marina and a supermarket. It’s about a 40 minute walk to Zadar old town or 5-7euros in an uber. In the other direction you can walk all the way along the coast through the Punta- it’s lovely and the sunsets are amazing! The accommodation is great value when compared to other apartments/hotels in the area and the hosts are friendly and incredibly helpful (both prior to the stay and during)."

"Being able to see and hear the sea would be good enough, but the apartment is really nice and well located, even though it is far from the center. The neighborhood is very nice and you can take a pleasant walk to the center along the seafront. I recommend it. We were also very well received by the hostess."

"Excellent location right next to the water. It is a long walk to old town if you want to walk, but a big portion is along the coast and absolutely worth it. The upper floor rooms have a sea view and a small balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Zadar itself is a cute town to spend a couple of days"
