"The hotel and its facilities were truly exceptional! The spa and wellness area is one of a kind, featuring seven different saunas and numerous pools. Even though the weather was poor, we made the most of our stay by skipping the skiing and spending our entire time at the hotel. Everything you need is right there, regardless of the season; it’s the perfect place to relax, and the complimentary glass of Prosecco was a lovely bonus"

"I would have given this a 10/10, but the staff’s audacity was relentless. They were incredibly impatient during meals; you couldn't leave your plate unattended for a second before it was whisked away. The same goes for the restaurant right next to the hotel. At one point, I stopped eating for a few seconds just to take a breath because I was full, and they immediately tried to take my plate. Even while I was still eating, a waiter grabbed an empty plate from across the table as if it couldn't wait one minute until I finished. There is no rush, people - let us eat in peace and take the empty plates or at least ask first!"

"rooms are extremely clean, very nice staff, location is great."

"hotel is outdated expect to find a nearly empty breakfast buffet when arriving at 9am (breakfast finishes at 10am, they will not fill up what has been gone by that time. Cannot use wellness after checking out from the room."
