"Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, but what I most appreciated was how efficient and kind the staff were. I had a noise complaint in the wee hours of the morning, and was quickly transferred to a new room."

"Room service wasn't available, which was a problem. Location also isn't amazing, but then again Toluca is a pretty horrible city so whatever neighborhood, this would be the same."
