"Place is a fun place both hotel and city. Lots of staff about as it's big. It doesnt have private access to the beach but it's sister hotel does. Anyway, beach is only 3m wide at high tide! Breakfast was good value and it was great to see families enjoying the pool. Parking was excellent."

"Could have done with a chair in the room. Mazatlan was 70% humid when we were there. Aircon was freezing cold and not able to regulate it. But without it the room was moist, damp even and a bit smelly due to the outside humidity. BUT we enjoyed our stay"

"All was good. Breakfast was good. Room was small but it was due to fitting a king bed in it, which was very nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"I hate staying at hotels that insist on photocopying my I.D. It puts me at such a risk for identity theft. I understand that they have to see my ID in order to verify that I am me, but copying it is an infringement. I reluctantly allowed the front desk to do so this time but frankly I won't stay twice at any place that insists on doing this, as Best Western does."

"Staff was friendly & cooperative. Communication through Booking.com was very inefficient and quite frustrating. PrePayment process in person 2 weeks prior to check in was somewhat onerous as person did not speak English. However our requests were honoured and all staff was cordial - especially gentleman looking after storage of all our luggage and security staff overseeing the safety of our Oversize rental van was excellent. The hotel is well-situated and convenient. However it is very dated and facilities are run down. Water seepage caused a significant flood in the bedroom of one unit. Fridges are practically useless. The beds are like burial slabs they are so hard. Also unfortunate that you have no restaurant or even a cafe for guests to eat in. But we appreciated the economical price of this budget accommodation as we required 3 rooms for our extended family and that the prices were not hyper-inflated due to the eclipse as they were everywhere else."

"Muy bonito el hotel, la alberca muy bien, lo malo que esta lejos de la civilización y lo peor el estacionamiento no permiten estacionar en los lugares cercanos a la entrada por ser de uso exclusivo del personal que trabaja ahí. Nosotros los clientes tenemos que dejar el vehículo en los lugares lejos dede la entrada principal eso no me gustó para nada. Y el sofá no sirve ya cheque comentarios y ya lo avían mencionado lastima que me di cuenta tarde ya que estaba hospedado."
