"Very friendly staff, housekeeping went out of their way to help us with different needed items, very centric location, a nice, quiet hotel environment, and adequate amenities, best of all, very nice and comfy pillows :)"

"We really don't have much to say in this regard, hotel itself is a bit run-down, showing its age, however rooms were clean, one electrical outlet, for example, didn't work, the WiFi is definitely slow even though there is a wireless access point on each room."

"El servicio es muy excelente, hay agua caliente y sale bastante agua😆, el estacionamiento 10 de 10, muy céntrico."

"Los colchones de las camas nesecitas cambiarlos porque están 7 de 10 y necesitan fumigar para los moscos (nosotros fuimos a comprar un veneno en aerosol para rociar el cuarto antes de instalarnos) solo esos dos detalles."

"No tienen servicio de desayuno, pero eso ya lo sabía. Realmente estuve ahí por la relación servicios/precio en esta ocasión, lo cual es bastante conveniente. Y la limpieza de los cuartos me pareció bien hecha."

"El principal problema está con los servicios para baño/aseo personal. La regadera eléctrica funciona deficientemente para mí (aunque al dejar el cuarto me dijo la persona en recepción que me debieron haber explicado cómo funcionaba eso y no lo hicieron así; me dijo también esta señora que la temperatura se regulaba con la llave, pero yo lo dudo, pues el recorrido que se puede hacer con ella es muy corto, conclusión: o salía el agua muy caliente o muy fría); además, no dan shampoo y la toalla que proporcionan es para uso de manos y cuerpo y está medio chica para secarse después de bañarse. Por último, no hay un buen aislamiento de las puertas de los cuartos al pasillo y se oye mucho ruido de la gente (sus pláticas y sus pasos)."
