"The scenic view and lush garden full of birds and agoutis. We enjoyed the balcony and hammock very much. The rooms and the building is very spacious and quite as there were few other guests. On a 15min walk from the centre."

"The breakfast was served quite late. We stayed three nights and the breakfast was minimalistic (scrambled egg, mashed patato, one slice of tomato and fruitjuice) and the same all days. Some variation and diversity would have been highly appreciated. There is no staff arround except for check in and breakfast. You are responsible to check and close all doors of the main building yourself."

"Perfect location, overlooking the river, facilities were great, quite spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful, though communication for non-Spanish speakers was not easy, but workable. Very helpful in helping with tours, attractions and transport."

"Street noise on one side and rushing river on the other could be a little intrusive, but OK. The breakfast was presented as a set menu, which was way too big for us. Make sure you let them know what you want, before it gets cooked."

"It’s such a beautiful and original design of the place, the rooms are like brand new, very clean, it’s peaceful, amazing view from the window, the breakfast was enormous, the owners and staff were really welcoming and polite. Fast internet, good for work."

"The only thing that bothered me is that the restaurant isn’t working anymore as a restaurant, which would be ok if there was at least available hot water to make tea or coffee during the day, a possibility to buy some drinks/snacks, or get a filtered water without bothering the staff to do the bottle refill for me."
