Little troubles with water pressure and warm water but Khatira was helpful and ready to solve problems.

"The location was excellent, its best suited for families and those who want to spend time in solitude a little away from hustle and bustle of main road. House is well equipped with ameneties. Be prepared with your own stuff and its like living in your own home."

Nothing But a word of caution the road to house comes down from main Abbottabad road for 6 minutes through some steep slopes, tight turns and a beautiful forest. In the Morning its amazing, at night chance of getting panicked. Dont panick! Just make sure your car has good engine, tyres and breaks.

The house was somewhat far from the center (~30m walk), but if you have a car or bike it's not a big deal

Il serait bien qu'un minimum pour le premier petit déjeuner soit proposé ce serait top et peut être un peu plus de vaisselle comme on peut y être entre 4 et 6 personnes c'est un peu léger.

The walls are very thin. So you can hear all the neighbours. You don't get towels provided. Only bed sheets. This wasn't in the information mail. The reception closes at 18.00 and when we arrived at 18.10 It took us forever to find any contact information to get us checked in. The check in times in the email said check in between 15.00 - 00.00.

Not a didn’t like but consider one restaurant ‘Tet Rouge’ open a short walk away. Hire car a must for getting about.

"The whole team was very friendly and helpful for anything you needed. In particular Darin was such a great support and important in Thailand, she speaks good English. The villas are beautiful, taken care with love and good taste. There is all you need equiped, very useful with even a washing machine. There are great restaurants in a short driving distance. To walk around the lake next to the resort was our daily routine, save and clean."

I would say it is definately beneficial to have either a own car or rent a motorbike. It is possilbe to walk for sure, but the distances to beach, restaurants, 711... were a bid further than expected.

I liked everything about it but if I could add one thing A/C in the top bedroom would be nice! There were fans though!

The road outside the house can be a little noisy but not too bad at night.

Das offene Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich müssen gut geheizt werden, weil die warme Luft nach oben steigt.

"Martin and Gabriela are the loveliest hosts you can find. A couple who retired from Bavaria to build their paradise here, they are warm, hospitable, helpful and friendly. And you’ll get to stay in a paradise indeed in your time there. Their breakfast are of home made jam, bread, preserved fruits. The eggs are all from free range chicken reared in their yards. And very good coffee too. You will get to know their lovely pet Rocky, a husky, and another smaller dog whose name I forgot. There’s also a cat Sisi. They will pick u up by car from your bus stop off . Depending on the circumstance they may even give you a tour of the local towns. The rooms are clean and comfortable. With free WiFi. All in all I couldn’t have found better place to stay and hosts! ☺️"

"Clean, and a cleaner came each day, the roof terrace was amazing, lots of space. I was a bit concerned about previous reviews about lack of heating and hot water but the place was warm and we didn’t need the heaters provided, shower water was hot which we needed for the long treks in the surrounding mountains. I could have spent a lot longer here."

The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. "Amazing stay from beginning to end. Clean and spacious villas with all that you need. 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms. AC working well in rooms and downstairs. Superb and safe spot if you want space and to be quiet. The view was our biggest surprise on the San Juan beach and the Christo statue. Surronded by nature, birds and butterflies. Easy to access, but you do need a car to get around from there. With a car, you are 5 minutes from the city, groceries, beaches, etc. Staff always there to help and very cordial and available. Our stay was beyond our expectations and we could not be more happy with our choice. Thank you for everything Bahia Del Sol."
