Punt positiu:

"We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car."

"It would have been more convenient to have a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee late at night or early in the morning, without having to go to the shared kitchen. Also, there aren’t really any shops or restaurants within walking distance, so we had to drive to Sevan for groceries."
