"The place has everything for a perfect vacation. The location is very good - the beach is few steps from the door, the main pedestrian street is close as well but at the same time the apartment itself is quiet and calm with a wonderful view to enjoy your morning coffee or the gorgeous sunset. Paschalis is wonderful host - he is very communicative and always ready to help."

"We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The internet could be better, but it was enough for basic needs. There’s a beach nearby, but it’s rocky, so water shoes are a good idea. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would gladly stay here again."

"Totul a fost frumos. Nu este asa mic cum spun alte comentarii. Ma speriasem un pic, dar chiar a fost încăpător pentru 3 adulți. La fel ar fi fost și pentru 4 adulți sunt convinsa. Este aproape de plajă, o plajă nu foarte aglomerata. Locația se afla la câteva minute de centru și de restaurantele cele mai bune din Nea Peramos. Bună ideea cu furtunul de afara ca să te poți spala de nisip. Se poate vedea insula Thasos de pe plaja, de asemenea cerul și luna la miez de noapte sunt superbe și se vad bine."
"În unele seri a fost cam gălăgie de la vecini plus în vreo doua zile ni s-a ocupat locul de parcare de alte mașini, dar chiar și asa am avut unde sa lăsăm mașina, peste drum de cazare. Ce se poate totuși schimba, un capac nou de wc care da, sa aibă și capac 😂. În rest, foarte mișto. Ah și încă ceva, netul deși cred ca era doar ptr cazarea asta, foarte slab, am stat mai mult pe date."

"Удобно за паркиране. Има плаж буквално на няколко крачки от апартамента, но плажа е с камъни и ви трябват специални обувки за да не си нарежете краката. Набилзо има магазни за основни неща, на няколко километра има LIDL. Близо е до улицата с ресторанти. Интересното е, че нямаше никакви комари, нещо което е напълно неочаквано."

"Die Lage ist einmalig. Näher am Strand geht nicht mehr. Ein echtes Beach-Haus - hier stimmt die Bezeichnung ! Das Meer war auch im Oktober noch mindestens 20grad und sehr sauber. Beim schnorcheln waren viele bunte Fische zu beibachten. Es waren Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle vorhanden."

"• The owner was available anytime we needed anything and is absolutely brilliant. So warm, welcoming and friendly. • The villa looks exactly as in the photos and is so clean especially the pool. I was so impressed with pool's filteration system which cleaned away any small twigs/leaves that fall in. One of the cleanest villa pools I have ever seen. • There is hot water whenever you want, which is great as a lot of hotels/apartments in Zakynthos need the water warmed up. • The rooms, living space and shower rooms were very big. The master suite has it's own private bathroom too which was a bonus if you prefer not to share with friends/family. • There were pods provided with the washing machine so we were all able to wash our clothes during our stay which was perfect. • We were able to park our car on the property. • The villa was nice and quiet and we felt safe."
