"Having an amazing stay! Tea is such a great host—super responsive. The place is well-heated, clean, and has all the necessary facilities. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, and the technician is great too. Everything is super easy to access—New Gudauri gondola, groceries, food spots, ski rentals, etc. Highly recommended !"

"The location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts, being situated right along the first line near the ski lifts. There are cafes and a market in close proximity. The room is clean and suitable for 2-3 individuals, featuring an open balcony."
"If you are not a fan of nightlife, it's worth noting that there might be occasional noise late at night."
"Great location right next to the gondola. There are some après-ski parties in New Gudauri (until 1am) but this apartment is on the back of the building so noise minimal if you prefer sleep early. Very helpful host and quick to respond 👌🏻"
"All good, would stay again"
"Nice place to stay for three; great for a ski trip with friends; 2 minute walk to gondola ski-lift; easily accessible ski depot is quite handy."
"noise isolation from the entrance door could be better but not a deal-braker."

"The couple, Jimsher and Risa were very kind, welcoming and friendly. Risa made us a wonderful breakfast and dinner with a variety of meals. They offered each of us a lunchbox for our next day of the trip for free. We were a group of 3 people and the room was clean, big, with comfortable beds and a heater. So I definitely recommend everyone who's searching to stay in the area."
"Nora is the sweet owner, who, together with her charming daughter, run this family guesthouse. I liked the authenticity of their hospitality. I was offered a pot of tea and could wash out my hiking gear. I had a comfortable room with a heating unit. I was the only guest, so I could have an early breakfast."
