"Perfect host and appropriately equipped appartment with all you need. Ideal location - close to shop, restaurants and gondola...but on the quiet side of New Gudauri out of restaurant loud music. Nice view to the mountains as additional plus. All clean and sun in the morning to start your day."

"The Host is super kind and answers very fast. We asked early check-in and late check-out the host provided it for free. Very nice view from the window, quiet room. There is a supermarket in 50 meters, Gondola is 5 minutes to walk."

"There was a little bit dusty but the vacuum cleaner solved the problem. At the end of our stay somebody used to smoke near the kitchen hood. All odor went to our room, it was awful. But it was not the host’s fault."

"Интересный дизайн апартаментов. Номер теплый с красивым видом на горы. Приятно, что на кухни был чай, кофе и приправы. Отличное месторасположение! Близко к гондоле и к супермаркету. В лыжехранилище оставляли лыжи."

"The property is well-situated and within close vicinity of the cable car and ski resort. There are shops nearby for ski rentals and restaurants are within reach. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely come back again."

"Very nice and beautiful appartents. Great view on mounatins. Apts has everything you need for comfy living - fridge, tv, induction stove, iron. There are a separate locker in ski-depot, very handful to store all your equip (snowboard, boots, etc), so no need to keep it in the room. Located in Loft 1 building (the same as the Spar supermarket). Very close (about 2 min walk) to the ropeways. Extremely close to great rent service (Panda), very tasty and friendly restaurant (Veranda), nice place to have breakfast (Pilot) and a cool bar with PhoBo (Eskimos). Also want to pay some respects to the host. He was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The communication was very pleasant. Highly recommended."

"La vista que tiene el apartament es maravillosa. Esta cerca de dos minimercados y el apartament está perfectamente bien dotado, es cómodo y tranquilo. Esta en frente de una avenida asi que es facil llegar. Hay parqueadero en frente del edificio. También hay varios restaurantes cerca."

"New Tbilisi is in reality like an apartment complex with about 15-20 mid rise towers. All in walkable distance from the main goodaura gondola. This specific apartment is corner apartment on 2 floor in loft 1 building, with separated bedroom much better than the studios available. The building has a spar supermarket on the ground level, very convenient."
