"Прекрасное расположение, до пляжа 5-10 минут спокойным шагом. Близко много магазинов и ресторанов. В апартаментах 2 балкона !!! Это несомненный плюс, на одном из балконов можно сушить белье, на втором располагается столик, где можно приятно провести вечер. Окна панорамные в пол, что создает ощущение воздушности пространства. Сторона не солнечная, поэтому апартаменты не разогреваются на солнце, мы даже почти не пользовались кондиционером, за ненадобностью. Новая стиральная машина. Мы часто с удовольствием пользовались кухней, готовили себе сами. Вода и электричество работало без перебоев весь срок нашего чудесного пребывания"

"Минусов нет, единственное желательно устранить скрип кровати, а так все супер!"

"Great location if somebody is willing to walk a bit uphill/downhill . Liberty square, funicular station to mtatsminda park, restaurants etc are all within a 2 -2.5 Km distance. Ideal for a small family. Spacious rooms with most facilities available that one needs for a short comfortable stay. A very helpful host who went out of his way to help us - grateful to him. Lovely views from the terrace."

"The couple, Jimsher and Risa were very kind, welcoming and friendly. Risa made us a wonderful breakfast and dinner with a variety of meals. They offered each of us a lunchbox for our next day of the trip for free. We were a group of 3 people and the room was clean, big, with comfortable beds and a heater. So I definitely recommend everyone who's searching to stay in the area."
