"It's a really good place for solo travellers. The rooms are really good. The host was also nice to me. The room I got was a bit small but in my opinion it's enough for one person. The location is a bit far from the city centre. There are only a few shops nearby. I had a vehicle so that wasn't a big deal for me. Apart from that everything was good."

"Very helpful host, nice quiet accommodation and inner patio. Very clean and warm rooms. Nice, fresh linen. The host arranged chep airport taxi for us."

"The only downside is lack of marking. It’s a bit tricky to find it so better message host for instructions. Two GPSes (plus google maps and OSM) were unable to find it and we were cruising around for good 20 mins once discovered the premises by accident :)"

"The hotel is not the the luxury category, but has everything you need for this price.There's a common kitchen with all the appliances where the guests can cook, keep their food at the fridge, make tea or coffee. It has a very good location where everything is situated in a walking distance: the beach, the old town, Teleferic, the bus stop to go to Botanical garden. The hotel is run by a very amiable family, very helpful. If something goes wrong or break down they fix it very quickly."

"I don't recommend taking the hotel transfer because after the price was fixed, the driver stopped during the trip asking for more money because the road was bad"

"Quality price was amazing, everyone was helpful and welcoming. You can use a kitchen for free and wash your clothes (5lari) Gega and his cat Riki were so sweet :) We will be back"

"Very good budget option in Batumi! Nice room with AC, comfortable bed and private clean bathroom. There’s a shared balcony where you can relax and a shared kitchen with fridge. Wi-Fi was ok"

"A bit far from center but if you like to walk it’s ok. 2km or 15-20min walk to the main road Kitchen could be cleaner. There was a dog screaming all day (and night) long in the back yard (poor guy)"

"Расположение для тех кто на машине и любит ходить пешком - прогулки утром просто чудо. Рядом отличный магазин. Хозяева приветливые. Я довольна - местный колорит, то что и хотелось видеть в старом Батуми..... все дышит историей !!!!"
