"Communication from owners was great throughout. Checking that the room was suitable with us as they noticed our kids ages and asked if bunk beds were ok. Which it was. All very friendly throughout and enjoyed the breakfast."

"Absolutely spotless rooms, great location, Baz and Lindsay were wonderful hosts and we are so grateful to them for making our holiday with our little boy so special. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Despite being so close to the seafront and pier etc. it was quiet and peaceful and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We will definitely return here whenever we visit Skegness."
