"Clean and nicely decorated, lovely view and great location! Very polite staff and room/hotel had everything I needed. Especially liked the shower and it was very quiet."

"I had a lovely stay, if I could give any opportunity for improvement, I would say the mattress would benefit from a topper."

"good size family room with great sea view. nice to have a parking permit,"

"We thought the breakfast was poor so for just a couple of pounds extra could add cheese and cold meat to the menu."

"The location was absolutely perfect and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning too."

"The beds were very hard"

"Hotel was nice and clean, staff lovely, breakfast great value. Room was perfectly adequate whilst not being luxurious or huge in size."

"The only criticism we had was the noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor, whilst this is completely out of the hotels control and wasn't horrific, it is worth knowing the sound insulation between rooms and doors is more house like than purpose built hotel. If you are affected by noise then perhaps rethink your options"

"We were able to book at short notice to attend gig at the pavilion which we would have had to drive many extra miles to get back to where we were staying due to road closures on the A35"

"There seem to be a issue with noisy plumbing in the night but manage to stop it by adjusting bathroom radiator ,apart from that it was fine"

"We booked a queen room with sea view and it did not disappoint. Third floor facing the kids rides and amusements but even when the rides were active there was barely any noise from outside. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and clean with a nice comfortable bed. Would definitely book direct with the hotel in future though."
