"Good location : Underground nearby, at 1 stop from St. Pancras, busstop in front of the hotel. Restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Nice comfortable room, good shower, coffee and tea are available in the hallway. Very extensive delicious breakfast served, very good coffee."

"If the boiling water storage could have been monitored and topped up a little more frequently that would have been amazing as we had to call down to reception twice, but when we did they immediately responded and were so helpful by brining hot water directly to our room as well as re stocking. So that just shows the great level of customer service!"
