"One of the best hotels I ever stayed in London! I travel to London very frequently for work, and I am always looking for a nice, clean hotel in a central, convenient and safe zone. Lancaster Gate Hotel fit all the boxes! The location in very central, almost in front of Hyde park with easy access to most underground lines, and at a short 30 minutes walk from most of the attractions in central London. The hotel itself sits in a nice building, in a residential zone. The staff was nice, helpful and non-fussy. The room was located at the sixth floor (with lift!!!) and was clean and spacious, with nice amenities like a kettle, tea and coffee. Very very very recommended!!"
"On a very small note, the water took a very long time (15 minutes) to properly warm up. And of course, I know, I lived in London, is just London plumbing and being at the sixth floor, so is not by any means the hotel’s fault."
