Studio luxe hyper centre piscine

"El millor de l'estudi és la seva ubicació. Realment és molt cèntric, però sense ser sorollós. L'aïllament és prou bo i, a més a més, la finestra donava a un carrer secundari del centre de la ciutat. La decoració de l'habitació és bonica i el fet que inclogui l'esmorzar tot i ser un apartament és un detall còmode i positiu."

"La relació qualitat-preu està al límit tenint en compte que no és un hotel. La varietat de l'esmorzar és excessivament escassa. Penso que no costaria deixar a la nevera alguna cosa més i així no haver de menjar només pa amb mermelada cada dia. Vam tenir un problema amb la temperatura durant tota l'estada. Tot i modificar la temperatura de la calefacció al mínim, no aconseguíem que baixés la temperatura (com si hi hagués algun tipus de calefacció centralitzada). Vam passar les dues nits a 23º i vam haver d'acabar obrint la finestra unes hores. No és una queixa, només informativament: la piscina és exterior i compartida amb la resta d'apartaments."

"What a gem. A lovely studio in a perfect location. The studio was a good size and well equipped to meet our needd. The breakfast provisions esch morning were s nice touch. Superb communications from the property, simple to follow check in instructions. A perfect base in the heart of the old town."

"I had difficulty with the breakfast bag. To hang it on the outside handle of the door is a little tricky - you can´t easily close the door then, the bag keeps coming home.. :-)"

"Excellent location. 50 metres from the Opera and Rue St Catherine, but down a quit side street. Comfortable studio apartment with breakfast amenities fresh croissant and bread provided daily. Great having a washing machine and dryer on each floor. The pool area looked great. Sadly the weather wasn’t with us. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"We enjoyed our stay in Bordeaux and the apartment is very conveniently located. There is a washing machine for shared use and provisions are provided for breakfast with fresh croissants and baguette delivered daily at 8am. Francois n the office is just lovely and nothing is too much trouble. He gave us great restaurant recommendations too!"

"Excellent location is a secure building, very walkable to all major sights. The foyer & our studio was very tastefully decorated. Great use of space. The breakfast provisions were very welcome, baguette & croissants delivered fresh every morning. Tea, coffee, jam, honey, juice & milk provided. Washer and dryer were also available to use. Communication with host was very good. Would stay there again & highly recommend."

"Beautiful apartment right in the middle of the city. A few minutes walk to anywhere major in the city and to the tram network. A few metres to the Place de la Bourse and it's reflecting pool, to Rue Saint-Remi and all its restaurants, and to Rue Sainte-Catherine and it's shopping. The apartment itself was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The hosts supplied coffee (pods and machine), tea, jam, butter, baguette and croissants, which was wonderful. The apartment is very quiet despite being in such a busy area, with modern facilities and plenty of storage. Washing machine and dryer were in the common hallway with soap (pods) and laundry basket supplied !! Had a lovely looking pool near the lobby, which we didn't use. We really liked our stay here"

"The bed was not the most comfortable. Rue Courbin where this apartment is located, quite literally has a stink to it. Once you get into the apartment complex, there is no issue."
