"There is only one lift in the hotel so using the lift is a bit of wait every time. The quality of food in hotels main restaurant “ Mr Nakamoto” had gone down significantly compared to last year which is a shame . It was one of our favourite restaurants in Cannes but we are not going there next year."

"The room was really spacious and luxurious. The location was perfect on la croisette. The coffee was amazing. The service was amazing. The Sunday brunch looked amazing. The food and drinks were great overall."

"The beach. The staff were not as friendly. WE were not allowed to have a bed for a massage we had booked as it was too late yet they were serving several large parties drinks . On the last day wanted to sit on the beach for a couple of hours before I left and they charged me 50 euros."

"The thing is that the hotel has a very old air conditioning and ventilation system and, accordingly, the noise from it is at an unacceptable level for a 4 or 5 star hotel."

"Amazing hotel! Definitely a 5 star experience. Big room, lots of amenities and attention to detail. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Not a huge selection but it was still easy to find what you needed for a well balanced meal. The quality of foods was excellent as well. Location on the Croisette was fabulous. Take a stroll along the shoreline and then return to the hotel. On site parking for a reasonable price was also appreciated as Cannes is so packed and parking can be very difficult to find."

"The AC did not really work well. However since we visited in April and it wasn’t to hot this wasn’t a huge deal. Being able to ventilate by opening the window did remedy this somewhat."
