"The incredibly helpful and friendly staff - wonderful! The kettle in the room (though you need to bring your own tea) The clarity and thoughtfulness of the instructions (both for gaining access out of hours and for the various facilities or extra services of the place .....eg phone chargers , sunglasses, extra blankets for the terrace etc) Being able to have just coffee and croissant for breakfast (without having the full buffet)"

"The lighting in the room was quite gloomy even when fully on. The room wasn't that warm, even with the heating on fully (thought the staff provided extra blankets)"

"The place is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by greenery and nature. We booked the suite, which was spacious and very reasonably priced. The location is perfect — there’s a nice restaurant on site, a bar just in front, and a few charming souvenir shops nearby. There are also plenty of walking paths in the area, ideal for exploring the surroundings and relaxing. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

"Just heaven on earth. So quiet….except for the local cow bells. Best restaurant we have been to on this trip. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. We were in “ the little prince” room. A wonderful boutique hotel at the end of the world. Mont Blanc in your front view. Hiking trails all over."

"Light switches and heating controls very sophisticated and I found them a bit confusing. Would have preferred something more basic. Bathroom very tastefully designed but lighting did not allow a clear view of the mirror whilst shaving. Also had to go into the shower to get soap to use at wash basin."
