The service in this hotel was exceptional and the best Mandarin oriental that I have ever stayed in. Nothing was ever to much trouble and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy with everything from check in, drinks in the bar, remembering our names, outstanding breakfast again with great staff. A particular mention to the door staff who remembered our names and what plans we had for the day, even taking our shopping to the room for us. We will definitely be back!"

"The location is great, near a quite remote hamlet with great views on the surrounding landscape. The yurts are very nice (all come from Mongolia), each is unique and there is plenty of space around each one for privacy. The hosts can serve dinner, in which case they bring dinner directly to your yurt, to enjoy on a table installed outside, in front of your yurt. The food is home-made, from fresh products and very tasty. The breakfast was good, on the terrace of the main building (reception+kitchen). The hosts are amazingly friendly and more than willing to share their love for the place."
