"Great location. Just a few minutes walk to the centre of the town. The place looks like it is falling down from the outside, but is much better inside. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good shower. There was also a separate Living room and separate Kitchen."
"The apartment is advertised with private parking available. But that is not the case. There is a private courtyard, but there is no designated parking space for the apartment. We were told to move our car twice by other residents who said we were in their space. When we tried contacting the host, it took a while to get an answer and we were told that the third space we chose “should” be okay, but above all, don’t upset the other residents!"

"La literie (matelas trop mou), le chauffage qui est bloqué à 19° maximum (frileux s'abstenir notamment en arrivant) et surtout la possibilité de se garer dans l'arrière-cour. Le problème est qu'il n'y a pas de place réservée au logement et en arrivant tard il n'y a pas de place il faut se garer sur les quais devant le logement mais c'est payant..."

"-l'appartement a été refait a neuf, très spacieux et accueillant , très bien situé au coeur du centre ville de tulle. -Des petites attentions ont été mises à notre disposition même si nous ne les avons pas utilisé (café+filtre+ dosette pour lave linge et lave vaisselle....) - propriétaire disponible par téléphone si problème"
"-L'extérieur de l'immeuble est plus que vieillot et mal entretenu, et on a plutôt envie de faire demi-tour mais heureusement l'appartement est très accueillant et nous fait oublier l'aspect extérieur - rue très passante et très bruyante la nuit - la plateforme booking ne nous a jamais envoyé le lien pour récupérer la clé du logement, heureusement que le propriétaire était joignable par téléphone"
