"- Le mas est très bien équipé pour au moins 15 personnes: cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour manger et faire à manger (beaucoup de casseroles, couverts, assiettes, verres, vinaigre, sel, café,...), plusieurs tables extérieurs et intérieurs, le babyfoot, la table de ping-pong, le terrain de pétanque et les boules de pétanque mises à disposition. - Les nombreuses chambres et les nombreux lits avec matelas confortable, les lits bébé mis à disposition de l'hôte, les serviettes et les draps compris dans la location du logement. - Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, hôte très réactif et très arrangeant => le logement n'était pas occupé ni avant ni après notre venue donc nous avons pu venir à 12h le jour de notre arrivée et repartir à 14h30! - La piscine protégée. - Extérieur très bien entretenu - Les 3 climatiseurs portables mis à notre disposition."

"The property is located just outside Paris, in a quite convenient and pleasant area. The place is tidy, very clean, and interestingly finished, which makes the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The owner, who shares the house, is extremely friendly and kind, creating a very welcoming atmosphere — as does the chicken living in the yard, which adds a charming and unique touch to the stay. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. However, it is important to note that guests who are planning to cook during their stay should be aware that cooking is not possible in this accommodation. The breakfasts were very good, original, and thoughtfully prepared, definitely a highlight of the stay."

"Exceptional and luxurious. The Manoir le Coutreau exceeded all expectations. First the chateau has been completely restored and no detail has been overlooked. The rooms are all immaculate, exquisitely furnished with fun quirky art alongside beautiful period furnishings. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom luxurious with big fluffy towels and the gardens and pool just perfect. Madame provides the most beautiful breakfast in the garden with wonderful dishes views over the countryside and Monsieur is ever attentive with recommendations for where you will find a perfect evening meal and what to visit locally. This is what travel should be all about. Attention to the smallest detail, nothing too much trouble and by going out of their way to ensure your stay with them is a five star experience you will return again and again."
