"Una casa a 10 min en cotxe de Quimper, en un barri residencial molt tranquil. La Josette viu allà i et lloga la part suoerior de la casa, dues habitaciions, 1 sala d'estar amb els serveis per fer un tè o cafè, 1 wc i 1 lavabo amb dutxa i banyera. A la planta baixa hi té la cuina, el menjador i la terrasssa que et deixa utilitzar. Cada matí, per 6,5€ et prepara amb molt carinyo un bon esmorzar. És com estar a casa l'àvia."
