"I am not sure why but in France the host never contacts you in time with the access details, I always have to contact the owner and to ask how to access the property. I did not read the term and condition properly and I had only 2 Euro cash with me so I could ask only for one Towel. Also all the house rules should be added to the booking process otherwise they are not valid in my mind."
"It was really well kitted out with lots of space. We did a very late booking and the hosts were accommodating , providing secure storage for our bikes too"

"The apartment was spacious, very well equipped and a comfortable and relaxing environment. Excellent value . Raphaël was extremely helpful in accommodating us with our last minute booking. Cycling the Rhine he was more than happy to allow us to use his garage to secure the bikes overnight. Thank you Raphaël for a great stay!"

"Très bon accueil de Ludivine et de son adorable chienne Heepy. L’appartement, en rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse, est moderne, lumineux, confortable et très calme. La boulangerie et la supérette, à 100m sur la place, sont très pratiques. De plus, nous avons pu stationner nos deux motos devant le gîte dans le jardin fermé. Que demander de plus, c’était parfait."

"Inside it was clean, modern and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. We did have an issue with the lock on the door however this was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. It was also located very close to a walk/cycle path and parks which were perfect for walking the dog."

"The boat was a really comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and explained everything to us. The boat also had easy access to a public shower and toilet. Although there were both of these on the boat this was very helpful. The village was lovely with a chateau and a nice bistro. We really enjoyed our stay"
