"The apartament is brand new, huge and has everything you need. Owners live nearby and are available any time needed. Restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance, and so are shops. I can only recommend it for staying in Marckolsheim."

"Logement neuf et super bien équipé. Tout est organisé et très bien agencé. Tout est réunis pour passer un agréable séjour et il ne manque rien. Situé au calme, en pleine verdure mais proche de commodités comme des restaurants, boulangeries, presses etc et du parc europa Park/rulantica (30 min environ). Hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles."
"Nous avons trouvé le lit un peu petit et le matelas n’était pas à notre convenance (un peu trop dur) mais c’est propre à chacun et à ses habitudes. Et ce point soulevé ne vient pas ternir tout les points positif du logement. Nous gardons l’adresse au besoin."

"Our goal was to spend one night. Advantages of apartments: 1) underground parking 2) can accommodate up to 7 people (1 sofa downstairs, 3 beds in one room and 1 bed in another room) 3) there was a snack for breakfast 4) this is the only apartment of 5 for our vacation, where the batteries were turned on in advance and we did not have to freeze 5) comfortable beds. The host also kindly communicated with us until 23:00 (we had a late check-in) - thanks a lot."

"Smooth check in, found thoughtful breakfast items like milk & yogurth, butter, brioche, jams and honey. The house is quiet, comfortable and in a great location to reach the university campus as much as the city center. Both are within 30min walking distance, or 10min away by tram. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and butcher all all also within 10min walking distance. Would definitely return when visiting again Le Mans."
