"This is a small studio apartment. But there will be enough space both in the apartment and on the bed for 2 people. The apartment is located in the courtyard, which makes the stay very quiet. Everything you need is nearby (within walking distance): shops (including Lidl), pizzerias, many cafes and small local bars, metro line and buses. The apartment is fully furnished and has all the necessary appliances for both short and long-term stays. Very friendly hosts. The process of settling in and staying went without any problems. When booking, pay attention to the need to pay a deposit in case of damage to furniture or appliances. I was satisfied with the accommodation."

"El apartamento está cerca de la parada de metro, bus e incluso bicis. Muy cómodo para desplazarse. Aunque es pequeño, tiene lo necesario. Además entregamos 300€ de fianza y nos la ha devuelto en una semana sin ningún problema. Muy amable el hombre que nos recibió. Además hay pizzería justo al lado, supermercados, restaurantes y panadería."

"This was not our 1st stay in Les Sables d'Olonne but our first stay at la Chaumette and we were very impressed by the property, the warm welcome from our hosts, the cleanliness and facilities of the studio, access to the swimming pool in their beautiful garden, our own barbecue and the laundry room. The location is ideal- equal distance from the bustling town of La Chaume and its shops, restaurants and 'passeurs' shuttle boats to Les Sables and the quieter Côte Sauvage with the Bassin Dombret. We also appreciated the various emails sent by our host about local events, restaurants and markets which meant that even after many stays in the area previously, we discovered places we'd never been before- thumbs-up for that! We would definitely come back if they were happy to have us."

"L'allotjament està situat en una poble molt bonic i, sobretot, es troba entre Saint Malo i Dinan, la qual cosa el fa adequat per moure't còmodament per la zona. La propietària de l'allotjament és una persona educada, molt discreta i tot l'immoble és molt particular per la quantitat de llibres i objectes antics de decoració que li donen un aire especial. L'habitació és petita però prou àmplia per curtes estades. L'esmorzar és molt correcte."

"The location is really out of the way / in the country, which we picked and which suited us because we love the country and it was close to the places in the area we wanted to visit. We had donkys, chickens and rabbits to view from the small balcony and a very cute young cat who came for a pet every morning. The accommodation is very clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower worked, washing machine worked, wifi was great and the kitchen has a supply of most things that you will need. We did not really cook as we had big lunches every day and then just picked up something small to warm up when we returned. Lem and Judith and lovely, friendly and very helpful. I actually wish we were staying the week so we could of sat down and had a few drinks with them. I would stay there again."
